Navigating professional expectations is essential for success in U.S. schools. Professional Conduct with Students and Staff is an online course designed to help educators understand and uphold high standards of professionalism in all school interactions. This course provides clear guidance on how to build respectful, lawful, and collaborative relationships within the school community.


Participants will:

✅ Understand what constitutes professional behavior with students, including boundaries, communication, and ethical responsibilities.

✅ Learn how to respond professionally to discrimination, bias, and inappropriate behavior while upholding a safe and inclusive environment.

✅ Gain awareness of U.S. school policies and civil laws, including mandatory reporting and anti-discrimination protections.

✅ Explore expectations for professional relationships with school staff, including teamwork, confidentiality, and respectful communication.


By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to model professionalism, support a positive school culture, and navigate workplace challenges with confidence and integrity.


This course takes about 1.5 hour to complete.
